Roger Electric y su división Roger Energy está buscando un Representante de Ventas y Consultor de Eficiencia Energética para unirse a nuestro equipo. Estará basado en una de nuestras oficinas ubicadas alrededor de todo Puerto Rico. El candidato ideal es puntual y confiable, tiene habilidades de soporte superiores y una excelente comunicación. Él/ella tendrá un historial probado de satisfacción del cliente y está motivado para brindar un servicio superior.

Responsabilidades:

  • Presentar y vender la gama de productos y/o servicios de eficiencia energética y energía renovable  a todo cliente o potencial cliente, con proyecto o futuro proyecto de construcción. Los mismos cumplen con el propósito de bajar consumo de energía y/o el mantenimiento de planta física.
  • Cumplir con las políticas de gastos inherentes a la venta.
  • Participar en eventos y reuniones profesionales en representación de la empresa.
  • Mantenerse vigente en los métodos de ventas, información técnica y uso de los productos existentes y/o nuevos, que la empresa tiene en inventario y/o promociona.
  • Asistir a programas de educación continua, adiestramientos, conferencias y/o seminarios.
  • Será responsable de que el cliente reciba el mejor trato y servicio, según las políticas establecidas.

Requisitos:

  • Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria o GED; se prefiere licenciatura o certificación.
  • Capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con el cliente y mostrar habilidades de comunicación excelentes.
  • Capacidad para gestionar su flujo de trabajo de manera oportuna y consistente. 
  • Habilidades para resolver problemas y aptitud mecánica.
  • Habilidades informáticas que incluyan Microsoft Office.
  • Debera trabajar sábados alternos según requiere el horario operacional de la empresa.

Los beneficios de Roger Electric incluyen: 

  • Salario anual competitivo
  • Pago de comisiones de 5% del profit de ventas de clientes nuevos, atendidos directamente, según el plan y las políticas de ventas y comisión.
  • Bono de Navidad, según la ley.
  • Reembolso de gastos de representación inherentes a la venta. Esto incluye ($.75) centavos por milla recorrida.
  • Provisión de una laptop y un teléfono celular de la empresa, para facilitarle las tareas principales del puesto.
  • Seguro médico Humana, con 50% pago del costo total. Incluye cubierta básica, dental y farmacia. (Cuando cumpla doce (12) meses de servicio y/o termine su periodo de probatoria.)
  • Licencia por Vacaciones – Acumula ½ día, al trabajar 130 horas mensuales (máximo de 6 días anuales).
  • Licencia por Enfermedad – Acumula 8 horas, al trabajar 130 horas al mes (12 días anuales).
  • Licencia de Paternidad (8 horas anuales)
  • Licencia por Muerte de familiar (8 – 16 horas anuales, según aplique)
